Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the GHL Video partnership program, operated by Vidiosa LLC (GHL Video is its brand). By joining any tier of the program, sharing a referral link, or accepting a commission, you agree to these terms. The program has three tiers: Affiliate Partner (open signup), VIP Affiliate Partner (invitation only), and Partnership Program (by signed agreement). Your tier's commission rates are shown in your partner portal and in your welcome email.

Commission attaches to the client, not the product. The first order a referred client places pays your tier's first-order rate. Every order that same client places afterward, on any product including subscription renewals, pays your tier's follow-on rate, for as long as they remain a client.

Commission is calculated on net product revenue: after any partner discount, excluding tax and payment processing fees.

Refunded and charged-back orders reverse their commission in full.

Commission is earned on delivery of the order, payable net 30 after the refund window closes. Test transactions are excluded from payouts.

Your referral link is the tracking method. Tracking windows are 45 days for Affiliate Partners and 60 days for VIP Affiliate Partners and Partnership Program members, measured from the click.

A client is attributed once, permanently. Once a client is attributed to a partner, every later order from that client pays that partner the follow-on rate, regardless of how the client returns to the site.

Where two partner links touch the same visitor before purchase, the last click within the window wins.

No self-referral. Your own link or code never applies to your own orders; this is enforced at checkout.

No paid search on GHL Video brand terms or close variants.

No implying affiliation with or endorsement by GoHighLevel Inc. GHL Video is an independent studio; your materials carry the same disclaimer ours do.

No discounts beyond the ones defined in your tier, and any prices quoted in your own materials must match the live site.

Affiliate Partner is open to anyone and approved instantly. Moving up to VIP Affiliate Partner is by invitation, earned through sustained referral volume.

VIP Affiliate Partner accounts are reviewed every six months against a referral floor; accounts below the floor return to Affiliate Partner terms.

Partnership Program membership is contract-bound and changes only at the term of the agreement.

Rate changes never apply retroactively: clients already attributed keep the rate in force at the time of attribution.

Referred clients are GHL Video clients. Partners are paid for the introduction and the ongoing relationship, not for owning the account.

We may pause or remove a partner account that violates these terms; earned, compliant commissions are still paid out.

We may update these terms; changes are posted on this page with the effective date updated, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.
