01How do editing credits work?
Every plan comes with a monthly balance and you spend it however you like. Short form up to 90 seconds is 1 credit, mid form up to 5 minutes is 2, long form up to 15 minutes is 3. Podcasts and interviews are priced on finished runtime, from 5 credits an hour. Nothing is tied to a format, so ten Shorts one month and four YouTube videos the next both work.
02What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing stops. We take the request and work through your queue in order. To have it sooner you can top up your credits or move up a plan. Plan credits reset on your renewal date and do not carry over, but credits you top up with stay until you use them.
03How fast do edits come back?
Standard turnaround is 2 to 3 business days per video. Scale subscribers sit in the priority queue and go first.
04What does unlimited revisions actually mean?
You ask, we revise, until you approve it. Every plan, every video, no revision caps and no upcharges.
05Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts on any plan. You keep everything already delivered.
